Cringletie House is a luxury country hotel in 28 acres of beautiful parklands near Peebles, in the Scottish Borders. It makes a gorgeous exclusive use wedding venue for up to 30 guests, with a further 70 guests at your reception.
The owners at Cringletie House have a wonderful sense of fun and romance, and pull out all the stops to make couples’ dreams come true. Special requests have included arriving in a helicopter, dramatic fireworks and Chinese lanterns, and some very photogenic Highland cattle. Weddings at Cringletie have also included a BMX-ing groom and a trampolining bride! The owners welcome all ideas, and love helping to bring them to life.
Couples who have their wedding at Cringletie are lord and lady of the manor for the day, with a red carpet arrival and lovely personal touches to make you and your guests feel right at home. With exclusive use packages, there are 13 bedrooms at your disposal, with a further two bedrooms in the next door cottage.
You’re also most welcome to come to Cringletie for more intimate weddings, or even to pop the question! The owners love nothing more than helping romance to flourish.
Celebrate your wedding ceremony at Cringletie House in the elegant conservatory or outside in the grounds, with the beautiful Sutherland Room the perfect choice for your wedding breakfast.
If you’re a wheelchair user, you’ll be delighted to hear that Cringletie House has exceptional facilities for disabled couples, and has been voted one of the Top Ten Accessible Hotels in the UK by the Guardian newspaper.
